International Lunar Cooperation Forum: Advancing Global Partnerships for Moon Exploration

The International Lunar Cooperation Forum 2026, hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology, brings together scholars, space professionals, and international partners to discuss the importance of global collaboration in lunar exploration. The forum focuses on strengthening academic exchange, promoting joint research, and exploring opportunities for international cooperation in space science, technology, and sustainable lunar development.
A featured keynote speaker is Dorin Prunariu, former Romanian cosmonaut and academician and the Co-Chair of the International Moon Day Group, who will share insights into the history of Romania’s space program and its contributions to international space cooperation. He will also present his vision for the future of global lunar exploration, emphasizing the value of scientific collaboration, peaceful exploration, and shared innovation in building humanity’s next chapter on the Moon.
