The many faces of the Moon
July 20 @ 10:00 – 14:00
The next decade has the extraordinary potential to see more and more missions to the Moon, enabling humanity to understand more about our natural satellite and our place in the universe, as well as set the scene for the next step: the red planet, Mars.
The lunar surface contains diverse wonders that trigger the curiosity of an array of expertise: from mapping its surface, to understanding the composition of regolith and the ways it can enable a more sustainable human presence in space, the Moon is a multidisciplinary wonder.
For the 2024 edition of the International Moon Day, we are eager to showcase the scientific work of LIST’s researchers dedicated to our natural satellite and bring it closer to the public.
