The first Italian MVA Space Summer School: ”Towards the Humans return to the Moon”
Italian members of Moon Village Association (MVA) and institutional partners, to celebrate the International Moon Day 2023, have organized the Space Summer School to be held July 24 and 25 at La Sapienza University in Rome (Italy).
The school will pursue the goals of IMD2023, focused on “Beginning the New Lunar Journey for Humanity”, and promote the expertise and research interests of Italian associates and the MVA’s institutional partner to network between students and stakeholders. The topics addressed will have as their main focus the future activities of Lunar Space Exploration, but will reflect MVA’s characteristic of considering the topic from the perspective of more than one discipline (Science, Engineering, Economics, Health, Art and Literature), implementing a multi- and cross-disciplinary teaching approach.
Note. The school will be in English and is aimed at those who want to get an overview of the main topics related to Lunar Exploration. A certificate of attendance will be awarded at the end of the Summer School.

La prima Space Summer School Italiana dell’MVA: ”Towards the Humans return to the Moon”
I membri italiani di Moon Village Association (MVA) e i partner istituzionali, per celebrare la Giornata Internazionale della Luna 2023, hanno organizzato la Space Summer School che si terrà il 24 e 25 Luglio presso l’Università la Sapienza a Roma (Italia).
La scuola perseguirà gli obiettivi dell’IMD2023, incentrati sul “Beginning the New Lunar Journey for Humanity”, e promuoverà le competenze e gli interessi di ricerca degli associati italiani e del partner istituzionale dell’MVA, per creare una rete di contatti tra studenti e stakeholder. Gli argomenti affrontati avranno come tema principale le future attività per l’Esplorazione Spaziale Lunare, ma rifletterà la caratteristica di MVA di considerare il tema dal punto di vista di più di una disciplina(Scienze, Ingegneria, Economia, Salute, Arte e Letteratura), implementando un approccio didattico multidisciplinare e interdisciplinare.
N.B. La scuola sarà in lingua Inglese e si rivolge a coloro che vogliono avere una panoramica dei principali argomenti legati all’Espoliazione Lunare. Alla fine della Summer School verrà rilasciato un certificato di partecipazione.
