This joint event, organized by the World Space Week Association (WSWA) and the Moon Village Association (MVA), is part of the global celebrations of World Space Week 2025, which this year carries the theme “Living in Space.” and the same time, an official International Moon Day (IMD) Global Event, focusing specifically on the theme of living on the Moon.
Bringing together voices from across the world, including NASA (USA) and the Deep Space Exploration Lab (China), this 90-minute international program will explore the opportunities, challenges, and global cooperation needed to make lunar living a reality. Experts, policymakers, and industry leaders will share perspectives on current missions, future plans, human factors, sustainability, and the role of global collaboration in shaping humanity’s future on the Moon.
By joining forces, WSWA and MVA highlight the importance of international dialogue and partnership in ensuring that humanity’s next big step beyond Earth is inclusive, cooperative, and inspiring for future generations.
