Antonio Fowl Stark is a South Korean space policy and strategy expert. Antonio works with governments and research institutions around the Indo-Pacific, regularly working with the U.S. Department of State, the Taiwan Space Agency, Philippines Space Agency, Japanese Space Agency, National Astronomical Research Institute of Thailand, Vietnam National Space Center, and many others. He works with various NGOs on consultative roles, including as the Asia-Pacific Regional Coordinator for Space Generation Advisory Council (SGAC), East and Southeast Asia Regional Coordinator for Moon Village Association (MVA), Strategy & Operations Officer at Space Court Foundation (SCF), Space Law & Policy Specialist at Global STEM Initiative (GSI), Science & Technology Expert at the Beijing Global Talent Exchange Association, and Innovator-in-Residence at the Interstellar Foundation (IF). Antonio has been awarded the Emerging Space Leader award by International Astronautical Federation (IAF), Young Talent Award by the Asia-Pacific Space Communication Council (APSCC), and Pioneer Award by SGAC. He is the inaugural fellow at the FutureTalks Foundation and THINC Fellowship by Tencent.
Antonio is an avid adventurer who’s trekked the Himalayas, explored the Arctic circle, and over 250 dives at locations like the Silfra rift in Iceland and glacial lakes in Patagonia.
