Join us for the IMD Cyprus 2024 festivities.

After our wildly successful IMD 2023 celebrations at our Space Research Centre in Nicosia’s old town, CSEO and Cyprus Comic Con are planning something out of this world for this year.

On Thursday 25 July, join us for the CSEO International Space Film Festival. A series of specially selected short films on the topic of Space.

Activities cresend on Saturday 27 July at the IMD Beach Party. Joining us is music guest, telescopic observations and a chill out film area. All free. Food and beverages will be available for an extra charge.

This year’s IMD Cyprus will be a extra terrestrial series of events with something to offer everyone.

IMD Cyprus 2024 Beach Party

Join for a fun-filled day by the pool with a variety of space-themed activities.

Attendees can participate in a mini cosplay competition showcasing their best space and sci-fi costumes, competing for a chance to win a grand prize pool of €1,000 sponsored by ECOMMBX.

Beyond the cosplay contest, the day will be packed with exciting offerings for all ages, including:

• Informative talks and screenings related to space exploration
• Space-themed video games to fuel your inner astronaut
• Pop Culture DJ sets featuring renowned comic con video DJ LevelUpLeroy all the way from the UK
• Live band set by Dopanime featuring anime openings/endings (space mechas go!), spacey soundtrack music and visuals
• Popups by artists, independent creatives and small businesses selling all manner of comic con and space-themed treasures
