DESCRIPTION:Nel 2021\, l’Assemblea Generale delle Nazioni Unite ha dichiarato il 20 luglio la “Giornata Internazionale della Luna” per commemorare l’anniversario del primo sbarco dell’uomo avvenuto nel 1969\, con la missione Apollo 11. \nFrontiera per la scienza\, ma anche simbolo potentissimo e ispiratore di artisti di tutte le epoche e da tutto il mondo\, la luna viene celebrata a Pantelleria\, scenario unico per la serata “Fari e sfari di luna”. \nNella fantasia popolare la luna non è mai lo stesso corpo celeste: si forma (fari) e si distrugge (sfari) ogni mese.In realtà\, l’aspetto diverso\, il cambiamento\, che mostra a noi che la guardiamo da quaggiu’\, non sono altro che le fasi lunari a cui le culture di tutte le latitudini attribuiscono varie influenze.Pantelleria è la location perfetta per questa narrazione che nasce naturalmente dalle caratteristiche uniche dell’isola\, creando un legame autentico tra paesaggio\, tema e comunità locale.
