SUMMARY:United Moon Forum
DESCRIPTION:Humans are already multi-continental\, now it’s time to expand our boundaries to other celestial bodies. After all\, we are born to explore! Additionally\, for benefits from collaborative and peaceful exploration and sustainability reasons\, we must expand beyond Earth. Moon is going to be our 1st bold step in this endless venture. \n\n\n\nInternational Moon Day i.e. 20 July marks the anniversary of the 1st Human landing on the lunar surface as a part of the Apollo 11 lunar mission back in the year 1969. This year we celebrate its 54th Anniversary as a part of the 2nd International Moon Day proposed by the Moon Village Association and officially approved by the UN General Assembly on 9th December 2021. The Human landing on the Moon has\, is\, and will continue to inspire generations to expand beyond our conventional boundaries. \n\n\n\nToday around half a century after the 1st moon landing\, many Space stakeholders (public and private alike) can send missions to the moon. To celebrate our New Lunar Journey\, LIFE-To & Beyond and SpaceCrew\, InnovaSpace jointly is organizing the “United Moon Forum” to celebrate the occasion on the 20th of July 2023 (Timing: 13:30- 15:45 GMT or 19:00- 21:15 IST).  \n\n\n\nThe purpose of the outreach event is to give a glance at the Past\, Present\, and Future of Lunar exploration. This will help spread the word amongst the people about the activities in the space sector about Lunar exploration globally. Alongside\, it will be instrumental in fostering discussion regarding the collaborative and peaceful exploration of our Moon as a common heritage of all of Humankind. \n\n\n\nThe event format includes a Series of lightning talks\, and a panel discussion hosted Online (on the Microsoft Teams Platform and also stream LIVE on the Life To and Beyond Youtube Channel) and Open to global participation. It’s a short yet significant step towards proactive and impactful outreach. We are optimistic about ‘inspiring the new generation to take up the baton of Human exploration from Earth to the Moon\, Mars\, and Beyond!’ \n\n\n\nFor more: https://www.lifetoandbeyond.org/united-moon-forum \n\n\n\nReport\n\n\n\nMoon_Day_Post-Event_Report_L-TBSCInnovaSpace-1Download

SUMMARY:NEUROSPACE International Moon Day Event
DESCRIPTION:NEUROSPACE will be hosting an International Moon Day celebration – a combination of live and virtual events\, ranging from enticing discussions and an array of keynote speakers\, to allowing participants the ability to virtually control one of NEUROSPACE’s moon rover models\, the HiveR\, on a mock lunar testing trail located in the Rostock Laage Airport. The Moon Day by NEUROSPACE in Rostock will give students all over the world the opportunity to virtually control the Neurospace HiveR on a mock moon landscape through the IMD Telerobotics Event. The Spacelab trail contains science grade lunar dust stimulants and space topography\, gravity reduction and realistic lighting – an ideal environment for the rover test drives. Through interactive workshops\, informative talks and our mock moon site\, the goal of this celebration is to demystify Space\, to allow participants to discover and explore the enigmas and developments in research on this historic day.It will also be a platform for NEUROSPACE to present itself and the Moon Village Association\, a Vienna-based NGO which is focused on fostering cooperation between existing or emerging global moon exploration programs. \n\n\n\nProposed Agenda\n\n\n\n\n08:00-09:00 Arrival / Prep \n\n\n\n09:00-15:00 The HiveR DriveR Program & The Neurospace Livestream \n\n\n\n14:00-15:00 Press Event \n\n\n\n15:00-17:00 The HiveR DriveR Program & The Neurospace Livestream \n\n\n\n17:00-18:00 End \n\n\n\n19:00 Moon Day Afterparty\n\n\n\n\nActivity Description\n\n\n\n The HiveR DriveR Program\, part of the IMD Telerobotics Event\, where students (and others) from around the world will be driving HiveR \n\n\n\nThe Neurospace Livestream\, a series of live and virtual discussions\, broadcasts and interviews about our company\, the Moon\, Rovers\, Robotics \n\n\n\nRover Stream\n\n\n\nhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lNbDp7LQI8A \n\n\n\nPresentations Stream\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nSpeakers\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHiveR and Team \n\n\n\nNEUROSPACE is developing low-cost\, modular robotics systems through the use of a proprietary CubeSat-based standard for rovers.
